Eggplant 4
Gram flour ½ cup
Cumin seeds ½ teaspoon
Coriander seeds powder ½ teaspoon
Red chilies to taste
Yogurt ½ cup
Mint leaves 3-4
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry


Make slices of eggplant. Sprinkle salt on it and leave it for 15 minutes to marinate. Now wash them to remove the salt. In gram flour add all spices and add water in it to make paste. Cover the eggplant with gram flour paste and deep fry it. When brown drain them out.
