Chicken Spinach Rice
Chicken Spinach Rice

Chicken boneless 150 grams
Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
White flour 1 tablespoon
Egg ½
Spinach boiled 150 grams
Chinese salt 1 teaspoon
Soya sauce 2 tablespoons
Corn flour 1 tablespoon
Oil 2 tablespoon
Onion 200 grams
Chicken stock 1 cup
Rice boiled 2 cup


In 1 tablespoon oil sauté ½ spoon of ginger garlic paste and add spinach and fry it. Add salt, pepper, Chinese salt and soya sauce and cook it for 5 minutes. In another bowl take chicken and beaten egg, flour and salt and marinate it for ½ an hour. In a pan take oil and sauté the other remaining garlic ginger paste and then put chicken in it to make it golden. add stock in it and all seasonings including soya sauce. In a bowl take ½ cup of water and add corn flour in it and beat it. Add this mixture in to the tock mixture and make it thick. Now in a plate take boiled rice in middle and on sides put spinach and on top put chicken sauce over it. Serve it at once.
