Chicken Mango Pizza

Ingredients:
Chicken Mango Pizza

For dough:

Refined flour 250 grams
Milk 1 cup
Salt ½ teaspoon
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Yeast 1 tablespoon
White butter 3 tablespoons

Anise Flavored Pizza Sauce:

Tomato paste 6-oz
Tomato sauce 8-oz
Anise seeds freshly ground 2 teaspoons
Pepper ¼ teaspoon
Garlic powder ¼ teaspoon
Oregano 1 teaspoon
Italian seasonings 1 teaspoon
Parsley 1 teaspoon chopped

Topping:

Capsicum 1 chopped
Onion 1 chopped
Tomatoes 1 chopped
Garlic cloves 3 chopped
Mozzarella cheese
Oil 3 tablespoons
Chicken boneless 250 grams
Mango 1 chopped
Salt to taste
Black pepper to tatse

Direction:
Dough:

Mix refined flour, salt and butter. Add yeast and sugar and mix them well. Now make dough with the help of milk. And keep aside at room temperature for 3-4 hours.

Anise Flavored Pizza Sauce

Grind the anise seeds. Mix all the ingredients and spread in on the dough.

Topping:

Brown garlic in oil and add chicken and golden brown it. Then add capsicum and onion and seasonings and sauté them. Now add tomatoes and mango. Do not overcook it just sauté them for a minute.

Pre heat oven at 200 degree centigrade. In a greased dish spread the dough and then spread sauce over it. Now crush the cheese and spread over it and add the filling material. Again spread crushed cheese and bake it for 10-15 minutes. Slow down the oven heat and adjust it to 180 degrees centigrade.
