Ingredients:

Potatoes 4-5 boiled
Salt to taste
Corn flour 2 tablespoons
Red beans 1 cup boiled
Black pepper a pinch
Red chili powder ½ teaspoon
Tomato small size 1 chopped
Onion small size 1 chopped
Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon chopped
Oil for deep frying


Direction:

Mash red beans and add onion, tomato, coriander leaves, salt, pepper, red chilies and mix them well. In another bowl take potatoes and mashed them so well. Add salt and corn flour in it. Mix them well. Now take potatoes and make a ball shaped, now make a well in it and put beans mixture and cover it with potatoes. Heat the oil and deep fry potato balls, fry till golden brown. Serve with chatni or chili garlic sauce.
