Ingredients:
Pupusa:
Masa harina 2 cups
Warm water 1 ½ cup
Ground cumin 1 tablespoon
Filling:
Salt, pepper to taste
Cheese (any) 6 ounces
Fresh cilantro ½ cups chopped
Oil

Direction:
Pupusa:
Mix masa harina, salt and cumin. Add water to make a dough which is soft but not sticky. Take about half a cup of dough and roll it into a ball, flatten with your hand.
Filling:
Mix cheese, cilantro, salt and pepper to make a filling.
Put the filling in the center. Fold the edges so that the pupusa covers all the filling and make a ball of it. Flatten the ball to about ¼ inches. Griddle the pan with oil and heat it. Now lightly brown the pupusa from each side. Serve hot.
