Shrimps and Vegetable Tempura

Ingredients:

Flour 3 cups
Corn starch (corn flour) 1 ½ cups
Crushed ice 1 ½ cups
Eggs 3
Salt a pinch
Carrot 3 slices
Zucchini 1 sliced
Green onions 2 whole
Sweet potato 1 sliced
Mushroom caps 2
Shrimps 4 large peeled and deveined
Flour 2 tablespoons
Oil for deep frying


Direction:

In a bowl, combine sauce ingredients and set aside. Place oil in a deep frying pan and heat it. In a bowl take corn starch and flour and mix them. Add eggs, ice, and salt. Mix them and dip vegetables and shrimps in the flour mixture and coat them evenly. Now fry them till the colur changes to golden. Serve them with any sauce.
