Spaghetti Bolognese


Spaghetti 375 grams
Tomato 410 grams
Olive oil 2 tablespoon
Onion 1 medium finely chopped
Minced beef 500 grams
Garlic clove 1 crushed
Tomato paste ½ cup
Beef stock ¼ cup
Sugar ½ teaspoon
Fresh oregano 2 teaspoon
Fresh basil 1 tablespoon finely chopped
Salt o taste


Heat oil in a saucepan and cook onion and garlic on medium heat. Sauté them and add beef to the pan, stir continuously on high flame to make it brown. Crush tomatoes and add it in the saucepan with tomato paste, stock, sugar and salt and bring it to boil. Reduce the heat and simmer it for 30 minutes or till the water evaporates. Now add herbs in it.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a saucepan of boiling water, till tender, and then drain it. In a serving dish pour spaghetti and minced material over it. Garnish and serve.
