Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients:

Shrimps 2 pounds
Red onion 1 large julienne cutting
Tomatoes 2 large chopped
Fresh orange juice 3 cups
Fresh lemon juice 1 cup
Ketchup 3 tablespoon
Mustard 1 tablespoon
Cilantro 1 tablespoon
Vegetables oil 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste


Direction:

In boiling water add salt and pepper and also add shrimps in it. Boil it until shrimps becomes lightly red. Drain the shrimps and let it cool.

Take onions in a bowl and add some water to soaked them and salt in it. Let it stand for 10 minutes. Then rinse the water. In a large bowl mix onion, tomatoes, orange juice, lemon juice, ketchup, mustard, cilantro, oil, salt and pepper. Once the shrimps has cooled, add shrimps and mix all the ingredients.
