Brown Bread

Ingredients:

Whole wheat flour 400 grams
Instant yeast 1 teaspoon
Honey 3 tablespoons
Salt ¾ teaspoon
Egg yolk 1
Butter 1 tablespoon
Warm water

Direction:

Take the flour, salt and sieve it. Add yeast in 2 tablespoons of warm water. In four add honey, butter and yeast. Now with the help of water knead the flour. Knead it for 2 minutes and cover it with plastic bag. Keep aside for 30 minutes. Now work again on the dough and give it the shape of loaf. Press it in greased loaf tin. Wait for 2-4 hours and then bake it in preheated oven at 200 C. reduce the temperature to 150 C and further bake it for 15 minutes. Brown bread is ready. Sliced them and serve.
