Onion 1 medium sized
Carrots 3
Lettuce 1 small
Green capsicum 2
Red capsicum 2
Olives ¾ cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper ½ teaspoon
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Tear the lettuce leaves into large pieces. Cut the tomato into wedges. Half the cucumbers and carrots length wise, and then slice them thinly. Thinly sliced the onions. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and shake well.
