Thousand Island Sauce


Onion 1 small chopped
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Cream ½ cup
Chicken stock ½ cup
Cucumber pickle 2 (cucumber with the liquid)
White pepper 1 teaspoon
Crushed garlic 1 teaspoon
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Tomato paste 3 tablespoons
Salt to taste


In a pan take oil and sauté onion on low flame. Add garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Then add chicken stock and cook it until it gets thick. Cool it down. In a blender add all the ingredients followed by the stock and blend it till smooth.
