Bread slices 8-10
Minced meat ½ kg (boiled)
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Salt to taste
Red chilies to taste
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Egg 1
Corn flour 2 tablespoons
Oil for frying


In minced meat add all seasonings and mix them. Take the center piece of bread and put them in cold water. Drain them out with the help of hands by applying pressure on each slice one by one. Now in one slice put minced meat mixture and the other slice on them. Tightly pack them so that the meat will not come out from it. Mix egg and corn flour and make a paste. Dip cutlets in it and deep fry it till all becomes golden brown. Serve them with tomato sauce and salad.
