Bread Cutlets

Crispy and flavorful bread cutlets filled with spiced minced meat, perfect as a snack or appetizer!

Ingredients:

  • 8-10 bread slices
  • ½ kg minced meat (boiled)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tomato (finely chopped)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Red chili powder (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • Oil (for frying)

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the boiled minced meat with chopped onion, tomato, salt, red chili powder, and coriander powder.
  2. Soak each bread slice in cold water for a few seconds, then squeeze out excess water.
  3. Take one slice, place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center, and cover it with another slice. Press tightly to seal the edges.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and mix with corn flour to form a smooth paste.
  5. Dip each cutlet into the egg mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  6. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the cutlets until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with tomato sauce and fresh salad.
