Bread Cutlets
Crispy and flavorful bread cutlets filled with spiced minced meat, perfect as a snack or appetizer!
Ingredients:
- 8-10 bread slices
- ½ kg minced meat (boiled)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tomato (finely chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- Red chili powder (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- Oil (for frying)
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix the boiled minced meat with chopped onion, tomato, salt, red chili powder, and coriander powder.
- Soak each bread slice in cold water for a few seconds, then squeeze out excess water.
- Take one slice, place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center, and cover it with another slice. Press tightly to seal the edges.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and mix with corn flour to form a smooth paste.
- Dip each cutlet into the egg mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the cutlets until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce and fresh salad.
