Freezing Time: 4-6 hours
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups coconut milk (full-fat for creaminess)
- 1 cup coconut cream
- ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk (adjust for sweetness)
- ¼ cup granulated sugar (or honey/maple syrup)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup shredded coconut (optional, for texture)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix the Ingredients:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut milk, coconut cream, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- If using, stir in the shredded coconut for added texture.
2️⃣ Pour into Molds:
- Divide the mixture evenly into popsicle molds or ice cube trays.
- Insert popsicle sticks and tap the molds lightly to remove air bubbles.
3️⃣ Freeze:
- Place in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully set.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
- Remove from molds by running warm water over the outside for a few seconds.
