Coconut Ice Blocks

Beat the heat with these creamy, tropical, and refreshing Coconut Ice Blocks! Made with simple ingredients, these frozen treats are a delicious way to enjoy the smooth, rich flavor of coconut. Perfect for summer days or a tropical dessert twist!

Servings: 6-8 Ice Blocks

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Freezing Time: 4-6 hours

 Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups coconut milk (full-fat for creaminess)
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk (adjust for sweetness)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar (or honey/maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup shredded coconut (optional, for texture)

 Instructions:

1️⃣ Mix the Ingredients:

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut milk, coconut cream, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • If using, stir in the shredded coconut for added texture.

2️⃣ Pour into Molds:

  • Divide the mixture evenly into popsicle molds or ice cube trays.
  • Insert popsicle sticks and tap the molds lightly to remove air bubbles.

3️⃣ Freeze:

  • Place in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully set.

4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:

  • Remove from molds by running warm water over the outside for a few seconds.
