Ingredients:
Beef
thinly sliced 1 lb.
Garlic
cloves crushed 1 teaspoon
Vinegar
¼ cup
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Direction:
Mix
all the ingredients and rub them on the meat slices. Now let them dry. Once dried
beef can be heated over a barbecue grill or I an oven before serving.
