Ingredients:
Butter
1 cup
Brown
sugar 1 cup
Cream
cheese 16 ounce
Castor
sugar 1 cup
Vanilla
extract 1 teaspoon
Chocolate
chips ½ cup plus for garnishing
Direction:
In
a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Whisk in brown sugar and heat them till
bubbling starts. Now add vanilla and set aside to cool. In another bowl, take
cream cheese and sugar. Cream them for 60 seconds. Now with a mixture on low
speed, add in brown sugar and butter mixture. Mix until combined. Now add
chocolate chips. Mix them then garnish with chocolate chips and serve them with
crackers or cookies.
