Keemay Kay Kabab
Ingredients
- Chopped beef – ½ kg
- Potatoes – 3 (boiled & mashed)
- Eggs – 3 (2 for mixture, 1 for coating)
- Salt – to taste
- Soya sauce – 2 tablespoons
- Cumin seeds powder – 2 teaspoons
- Onion – 2 (finely chopped)
- Red chilies – to taste
- Oil – ½ cup (for frying)
Instructions
- Boil chopped beef and drain excess water.
- In a frying pan, heat a little oil and sauté beef, salt, red chilies, and onions until aromatic.
- Add cumin seeds powder, 2 eggs, mashed potatoes, and soya sauce. Mix well and let it cool.
- Shape the mixture into round or oval kababs.
- Dip each kabab in beaten egg and shallow fry in oil until golden brown.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and salad.

This recipe makes about 4-6 servings (10-12 kababs).
