Ingredients:

Chopped beef ½ kg
Potatoes 3 boiled
Egg 3
Salt to taste
Soya sauce 2 tablespoons
Cumin seeds powder 2 teaspoon
Onion 2
Red chilies to taste
Oil ½ cup


Direction:

Boil chopped beef and drain it. Add beef, salt, red chilies and onion in a fry pan and fry it. Now add cumin seeds powder, eggs 2, potatoes mashed and soya sauce and keep aside. When cool down make round or oval shaped kababs, dip it in egg and shallow fry them to become brown.
