Mac & Cheese
This creamy, cheesy, and comforting Mac & Cheese is perfect for any occasion! Made with a rich cheese sauce and tender macaroni, it's a must-try dish for cheese lovers.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk (warm)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder (optional)
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
Instructions:
- Cook the macaroni in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute until slightly golden.
- Gradually add warm milk, whisking constantly until smooth and thickened.
- Lower the heat and stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted.
- Add salt, black pepper, mustard powder, and paprika. Mix well.
- Combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce, stirring to coat evenly.
- Serve hot or transfer to a baking dish, top with extra cheese, and broil for 2-3 minutes until golden and bubbly.
