Rice balls
Ingredients:

Rice ½ cup boiled
Egg 2
Tomatoes 3
Coriander leaves ½ cup
Cumin seeds pinch
Green chilies 4
Salt to taste
Oil 1 ½ cup
Red chilies to taste


Direction:

Chopped all the ingredients and add them in rice except oil and egg. Now mix them and make round balls. Dip them one by one in egg and deep fry it. When golden brown drain them out and serve as a snack with tomato or green sauce.
