Walnut Cake
Ingredient:

Refined flour 1 ½ cup
Eggs 2
Sugar ¾ cup
Baking powder 2 teaspoons
Cinnamon powder ½ teaspoon
Finely chopped walnuts ½ cup
Margarine 150 grams


Direction:

Pre heat oven up to 350 Fahrenheit. Grease the bottom and sides of the loaf pan. Sprinkle flour on it and shake it so that the pan is evenly coated. Shake out extra flour.

Sift flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder together. Add in it margarine and mix it. Whisk eggs and add sugar in it, again beat it. Now add these beaten eggs in to the flour and beat it in one direction. Lastly add chopped walnuts and pour it the baking container. Bake it for 40-45 minutes. Remove and cool for 10 minutes before turning it to serving plate.
