Strawberry Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Extra strawberries for garnish

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Strawberries:

  • In a bowl, mash the strawberries with powdered sugar.
  • Let it sit for 5 minutes to release the juices.

2️⃣ Whip the Cream:

  • In a separate bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

3️⃣ Combine:

  • Gently fold the strawberry mixture into the whipped cream until combined.
  • Be careful not to overmix to keep it light and fluffy.

4️⃣ Chill & Serve:

  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberries and enjoy! 🍓
