Strawberry Cream

Ingredients:

Milk ½ kg

Strawberry ½ kg cut them into half pieces

Cream 1 cup

Corn flour 4 tablespoons

Caster sugar 10-15 tablespoons

Direction:

In strawberries put 5 spoons of caster sugar and keep aside. Boil milk add 10 tablespoons of sugar in it and mix it. In ½ cup of water mix corn flour and add it in the boiling milk drop by drop. When milk become thick cools it in refrigerator, when milk will be cool then add cream and the add half of the strawberries in it and mix it. In a glass put strawberries then on the top add milk cream over it and make layers in this way. Garnish it with strawberries. Chill it and serve it.
