Strawberry Cream

Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Extra strawberries for garnish
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Strawberries:
- In a bowl, mash the strawberries with powdered sugar.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes to release the juices.
2️⃣ Whip the Cream:
- In a separate bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
3️⃣ Combine:
- Gently fold the strawberry mixture into the whipped cream until combined.
- Be careful not to overmix to keep it light and fluffy.
4️⃣ Chill & Serve:
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries and enjoy! 🍓
