225 grams cabbage
225 grams red cabbage
3 sticks celery
Mustard and cress
½ teaspoon dry mustard powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
75ml sunflower oil or olive oil
25ml vinegar
Slice the cabbages finely. Chop the celery and add it to the cabbage. Cut the mustard and cress and put them in the salad bowl. Now add seasonings in a separate bowl. Add oil and vinegar, whisk it so that all the ingredients blend thoroughly. Pour the dressing into the salad mix well and serve as soon as possible.
