Coconut Date Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk (or regular milk)
  • 6-8 soft dates (pitted)
  • 1 small banana (optional for extra creaminess)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice (optional)
  • Shredded coconut & chopped dates for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Soak dates in warm water for 5-10 minutes if they are not soft.
  2. Blend coconut milk, dates, banana (if using), cinnamon, vanilla, and ice until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and top with shredded coconut and chopped dates.
  4. Serve chilled & enjoy! 🥥✨
