Coconut Date Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut milk (or regular milk)
- 6-8 soft dates (pitted)
- 1 small banana (optional for extra creaminess)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/2 cup crushed ice (optional)
- Shredded coconut & chopped dates for garnish
Instructions:
- Soak dates in warm water for 5-10 minutes if they are not soft.
- Blend coconut milk, dates, banana (if using), cinnamon, vanilla, and ice until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and top with shredded coconut and chopped dates.
- Serve chilled & enjoy! 🥥✨
