Grapes Colada
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup green or red grapes, washed and de-stemmed
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or coconut cream for a richer taste)
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- A small slice of pineapple or a few grapes for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- Add the grapes, coconut milk, pineapple juice, honey/sugar (if using), and ice cubes into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with a small slice of pineapple or a few whole grapes on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
