Tomato Juice

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cup water (optional, for a thinner consistency)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice (optional, for extra tang)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and chop the tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. Blend the tomatoes until smooth.
  3. Strain the juice using a fine sieve to remove pulp (optional).
  4. Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice if desired.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
