Tomato Juice
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 cup water (optional, for a thinner consistency)
- ½ teaspoon salt (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper (optional)
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice (optional, for extra tang)
Instructions:
- Wash and chop the tomatoes into small pieces.
- Blend the tomatoes until smooth.
- Strain the juice using a fine sieve to remove pulp (optional).
- Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice if desired.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
