Watermelon Juice
Ingredients:
- 4 cups of cubed watermelon (about 1/2 medium watermelon)
- 1-2 tablespoons of lime juice (optional for extra flavor)
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
Directions:
- Prepare the Watermelon: Cut the watermelon into cubes, discarding the rind and seeds if desired.
- Blend: Add the watermelon cubes to a blender. If using lime juice, add it at this stage.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend the watermelon until smooth. If you'd like a thinner juice, you can add a little water to adjust the consistency.
