Watermelon Juice

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of cubed watermelon (about 1/2 medium watermelon)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of lime juice (optional for extra flavor)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Watermelon: Cut the watermelon into cubes, discarding the rind and seeds if desired.
  2. Blend: Add the watermelon cubes to a blender. If using lime juice, add it at this stage.
  3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend the watermelon until smooth. If you'd like a thinner juice, you can add a little water to adjust the consistency.
  4. Serve: Pour the juice into glasses. Add ice cubes if desired and garnish with mint leaves.
