Kishmish Palao

Rice ½ kg (soaked in water for an hour)
Raisin (kishmish) 1 cup
Salt to taste
Cinnamon 3-4 pieces
Cardamom 3-4
Cumin seeds 1 tablespoon
Black pepper seeds 1 tablespoon
Oil 2 tablespoon
Onion 1 sliced
Chicken stock 3 glasses


In a pot take oil and put onion in it. When light brown add cardamom, cumin seeds, black pepper and cinnamon. Sauté them and add chicken stalk in it. When starts boiling add raisins and rice. When a little amount of stock remains cover the lid tightly and leave for 10 minutes on low flame. Serve with zeera chatni.
