White sugar 2/3 cups
Sweetened Condensed Milk 14 ounce
Heavy cream 2 cups
Milk 1 cup
Eggs 5
Vanilla extracts 2 teaspoons


Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. in a non stick saucepan heat the sugar over medium heat to make caramel. Shake and swirl occasionally to distribute
sugar until it dissolves and changes its color to brown. Now pour the caramel in a 1 ½ quart casserole dish and swirl to coat the bottom of the pan evenly. In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, cream, eggs and vanilla extracts. Blend on high for a minute. Pour over caramelized sugar. Place the dish in oven and bake it until it set.
