Chicken Fried Rice


Chicken boneless 1 cup cubed shaped
Onion 1 chopped
Sesame oil ½ tablespoon
Soy sauce 4 tablespoons
Carrots 2 large chopped
Celery stalks 2 chopped
Green Bell pepper 1 large chopped
Red bell pepper 1 large chopped
White rice 2 cups boiled
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Eggs 2 fry them in 1 teaspoon of oil and make mince


In a pan heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, carrots, green and red bell pepper and sauté them. Now drain them out and keep aside. In the same oil fry the chicken cubes till golden. Now add the vegetables along with celery and sauté them. Also add soy sauce and the remaining seasonings in it. Mix them well and add boiled rice. Toss them so that the vegetables and seasoning mix with the rice. Garnish and serve hot.
