Banana Cream

Ingredients:

Bananas 12 Sliced
Cream 400 ml
Milk 200 ml
Corn flour for thickening
Jellies (mango, banana, strawberry flavors) 3 packets cooked and cut into square shaped
Sugar acc. to taste
Yellow color few drops



Direction:

In a sauce pan boil milk. When it boils add sugar in it. Now dissolves corn flour and yellow food color in water and add it to the milk. When its consistency becomes thick cook it for 5 minutes and if it feels thin then add some more corn flour in it. Now let it cool. Then add cream and bananas in it and mix them well. Meanwhile add some jellies in it and mix. Now garnish with remaining jelly chill and serve.
