Banana Jelly Delight
Ingredients:
- 12 Bananas (sliced)
- 400 ml Cream
- 200 ml Milk
- Corn flour (for thickening)
- 3 packets of Jelly (mango, banana, strawberry flavors), cooked and cut into squares
- Sugar (to taste)
- Yellow food color (a few drops)
Directions:
- In a saucepan, boil the milk. Once it reaches a boil, add sugar to taste.
- Dissolve corn flour and yellow food color in a small amount of water and then add this mixture to the boiling milk. Stir continuously until the consistency thickens.
- Cook for another 5 minutes. If it still feels too thin, add a little more corn flour and cook until thickened to your liking.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the mixture to cool.
- Once cooled, add the cream and sliced bananas to the mixture and gently combine them.
- Add the prepared jelly squares and mix everything together.
- Garnish with any remaining jelly pieces.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
