Banana Jelly Delight

Ingredients:

  • 12 Bananas (sliced)
  • 400 ml Cream
  • 200 ml Milk
  • Corn flour (for thickening)
  • 3 packets of Jelly (mango, banana, strawberry flavors), cooked and cut into squares
  • Sugar (to taste)
  • Yellow food color (a few drops)

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, boil the milk. Once it reaches a boil, add sugar to taste.
  2. Dissolve corn flour and yellow food color in a small amount of water and then add this mixture to the boiling milk. Stir continuously until the consistency thickens.
  3. Cook for another 5 minutes. If it still feels too thin, add a little more corn flour and cook until thickened to your liking.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the mixture to cool.
  5. Once cooled, add the cream and sliced bananas to the mixture and gently combine them.
  6. Add the prepared jelly squares and mix everything together.
  7. Garnish with any remaining jelly pieces.
  8. Chill in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
