Ingredients:
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2-3 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (or vanilla yogurt)
- Granola (optional, for crunch)
- Fresh mint (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prepare the berries: Slice the strawberries and combine them with the blueberries in a bowl.
- Layer the parfait: In a glass or bowl, layer Greek yogurt, mixed berries, and a drizzle of honey. Repeat the layers.
- Add crunch: Top with granola for added texture, and drizzle a bit more honey on top.
