Mint Margarita
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp black salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 cup soda water
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Lemon slices & mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- In a blender, add mint leaves, lemon juice, sugar, black salt, cumin powder, and cold water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture to remove any mint bits.
- Fill a glass with crushed ice, then pour the blended mixture over it.
- Top with soda water or sprite for a fizzy touch.
- Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
- Serve immediately & enjoy!
