Mint Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp black salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 cup soda water
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • Lemon slices & mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add mint leaves, lemon juice, sugar, black salt, cumin powder, and cold water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture to remove any mint bits.
  3. Fill a glass with crushed ice, then pour the blended mixture over it.
  4. Top with soda water or sprite for a fizzy touch.
  5. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
  6. Serve immediately & enjoy!
