Chicken Snackes
Chicken boneless ½ kg
Corn flour 4 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Chinese salt 1 teaspoon
Oil 1 cup
Egg 2
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Make flat slices of chicken. Add egg whites, corn flour, salt, Chinese salt, and black pepper. Mix it and marinate it for an hour. Fry them when chicken becomes golden drain them and serve with salad.
