Nurgisi Fried Chicken
Chicken boneless 1 kg
Milk ¼ cup
Vinegar 2 tablespoons
Egg 1
Refined flour 4 tablespoon
Corn flour 2 tablespoons
Baking powder 1 ½ teaspoons
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Chinese salt 1 teaspoon
Chinese salt 1 teaspoon
Water according to need
Oil for deep frying
Make a thick batter by mixing all the ingredients except chicken and oil. Now in a batter add chicken and marinate it for 3-4 hours. For deep frying preheat the oil and fry the chicken on low flame so that the chicken will be cooked well. When golden brown dish it out and serve it with tomato sauce.
