Vegetable Tempura
Eggs 4
White four 500 grams
Corn flour 500 grams
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Oil for deep frying
Different vegetables like potato, tomato, cauliflower, brinjle, spinach leaves, cabbage etc
Make a batter of eggs, white flour, corn flour, baking powder, salt and black pepper and mix them. Now cut the vegetables like potato, tomato, cauliflower etc and other vegetable whole leaves. Dip them in the batter and fry them to golden brown. Serve with tomato sauce.
