Banana Strawberry Lasi

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional, to taste)
  • A pinch of cardamom powder (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Directions:

  1. Peel and slice the banana.
  2. Add the banana, strawberries, yogurt, milk, honey/sugar, and cardamom powder into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder, thicker lassi, and blend again.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Garnish with a few strawberry slices or a sprinkle of cardamom if desired.
