Banana Strawberry Lasi
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional, to taste)
- A pinch of cardamom powder (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Directions:
- Peel and slice the banana.
- Add the banana, strawberries, yogurt, milk, honey/sugar, and cardamom powder into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder, thicker lassi, and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Garnish with a few strawberry slices or a sprinkle of cardamom if desired.
