Coco Pine Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or regular milk)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
  • 3 tbsp fresh cream (optional for extra creaminess)
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • Shredded coconut & pineapple slice for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Blend coconut milk, pineapple chunks, sugar/honey, and fresh cream until smooth.
  2. Add crushed ice and blend again until frothy.
  3. Pour into a glass and garnish with shredded coconut and a pineapple slice.
