Mango Creamy Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
- A pinch of cardamom powder (optional for added flavor)
- A few ice cubes (optional)
Directions:
- Peel and chop the mango into small pieces.
- Add the mango, vanilla ice cream, milk, honey/sugar, and cardamom powder into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder, thicker shake, and blend again.
- Pour into a glass, and serve immediately. Garnish with a small mango slice on top if desired.
