Mango Creamy Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
  • A pinch of cardamom powder (optional for added flavor)
  • A few ice cubes (optional)

Directions:

  1. Peel and chop the mango into small pieces.
  2. Add the mango, vanilla ice cream, milk, honey/sugar, and cardamom powder into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder, thicker shake, and blend again.
  5. Pour into a glass, and serve immediately. Garnish with a small mango slice on top if desired.
