Mango Fool

Ingredients:

Mango Puree 250ml

Whipping Cream 300 ml

Lime juice 1 teaspoon

Caster sugar 2 tablespoons

Direction:

Blend mango puree, lime juice and caster sugar. In a serving glass put mango puree then cream. Again repeat this layer, chill and serve.
