Orange Milk Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 medium orange, peeled and segmented
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup milk (whole or low-fat)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine the orange segments, vanilla ice cream, milk, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately with a straw.
