Orange Milk Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup milk (whole or low-fat)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine the orange segments, vanilla ice cream, milk, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately with a straw.
