Peach Orange Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe peach, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup orange juice (fresh or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (or plain yogurt)
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
- A few ice cubes (optional)
Directions:
- Peel and chop the peach into small pieces.
- Add the peach, orange juice, yogurt, milk, and honey/sugar into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes for a thicker, colder shake, and blend again if desired.
- Pour into a glass, and serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with a peach slice or orange wedge.
