Peach Orange Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe peach, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (fresh or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (or plain yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
  • A few ice cubes (optional)

Directions:

  1. Peel and chop the peach into small pieces.
  2. Add the peach, orange juice, yogurt, milk, and honey/sugar into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice cubes for a thicker, colder shake, and blend again if desired.
  5. Pour into a glass, and serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with a peach slice or orange wedge.
