Strawberry Cherry Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cherries (pitted)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (or plain yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional, to taste)
  • A few ice cubes (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add the strawberries, cherries, yogurt, milk, and honey/sugar into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder, thicker shake, and blend again.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately, garnished with a few whole strawberries or cherries on top.
