Mango Rita
Servings:
This recipe makes 2 servings.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)
- 1/2 cup soda water (for fizz)
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- Salt for rimming the glass
- Mango slices & lime wedges for garnish
Instructions:
- Rim the glass with lime juice and dip it in Tajín or salt.
- Blend mango chunks, lime juice, orange juice, and honey/sugar until smooth.
- Add crushed ice and blend again until creamy.
- Pour into the prepared glass.
- Top with soda water for a refreshing fizz.
- Garnish with a mango slice and lime wedge.
- Serve immediately & enjoy! 🍹✨
