Mango Rita

This recipe makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 cup soda water (for fizz)
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • Salt for rimming the glass
  • Mango slices & lime wedges for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Rim the glass with lime juice and dip it in Tajín or salt.
  2. Blend mango chunks, lime juice, orange juice, and honey/sugar until smooth.
  3. Add crushed ice and blend again until creamy.
  4. Pour into the prepared glass.
  5. Top with soda water for a refreshing fizz.
  6. Garnish with a mango slice and lime wedge.
  7. Serve immediately & enjoy! 🍹✨
