Mango Colada

This recipe makes 2 servings.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional for extra flavor)
- Mango slices & coconut flakes for garnish
Instructions:
- Blend mango chunks, coconut milk, pineapple juice, honey/sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add crushed ice and blend again until creamy.
- Pour into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with fresh mango slices and a sprinkle of coconut flakes.
