Mango Colada

This recipe makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional for extra flavor)
  • Mango slices & coconut flakes for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Blend mango chunks, coconut milk, pineapple juice, honey/sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add crushed ice and blend again until creamy.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass.
  4. Garnish with fresh mango slices and a sprinkle of coconut flakes.
  5. Serve immediately & enjoy the tropical vibes! 🥭🌴
