Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients:

Dry yeast 1 teaspoon
Warm water ½ cup
Refined flour 3 cups
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Butter 2 tablespoons
Salt ¼ teaspoon

Anise Pizza Sauce:

Tomato paste 1 cup
Tomato sauce 1 cup

Anise seeds 2 teaspoons freshly ground
Black pepper ¼ teaspoon
Garlic powder ¼ teaspoon
Oregano 1 teaspoon
Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon
Chopped parsley 1 teaspoon

Topping:

Tomato 1 Julian cutting
Bell pepper 1 Julian cutting
Garlic clove 3 chopped
Oil 3 tablespoons
Mozzarella cheese 250 grams
White mushrooms 6 sliced
Baby corn 3 sliced
Sweet corn ½ cup boiled
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 teaspoon

Direction:

Dough:

Dissolve yeast in warm water, stir in sugar. In flour add salt and butter and mix it well. Now fold yeast in the flour. Knead the flour with water so that it becomes smooth and elastic. Leave it for an hour or two.

Sauce:

Grind the anise seeds. Mix all the ingredients.

Topping:

Brown garlic in oil on low flame, then add bell pepper in it. Sauté them then add all the other ingredients (except cheese and mushrooms) and cook till water evaporates.

Grease the pizza dish. Preheat oven at 180 degrees. Spread the dough over the dish, then spread the sauce over it. Now spread the cheese over sauce and then add the vegetables, again spread the cheese. Bake it for 30-45 minutes.
