- 2 cups apple juice
- 1 cup sparkling water (or club soda)
- ½ cup white grape juice (optional)
- 1 green apple, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- A handful of fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- In a large pitcher, combine apple juice, grape juice (if using), and sparkling water.
- Add the sliced apple, lemon, and fresh mint leaves.
- Stir gently and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice and enjoy the refreshing fizz!
