Eggs 2
Ginger 2 inch piece
Tomato 1
Onions 1 medium sized
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Coriander leaves to taste
Green chilies 2
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tablespoon


Chop down the ginger, tomato, onion, green chilies and coriander leaves into small pieces. Now beat eggs and put salt in it. Add all chopped ingredients in it also add lemon juice. Beat it. In a fry pan pour oil on it when it will hot then spread the eggs mixture on it. Brown it from both sides and serve at once.
