Peach Buttermilk Soup
A refreshing, creamy, and slightly tangy chilled soup perfect for summer! This no-cook recipe combines the natural sweetness of peaches with the smooth richness of buttermilk.

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe peaches (peeled, pitted, and chopped)
- 1 cup buttermilk (chilled)
- ½ cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional, adds warmth)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (for extra flavor)
- A pinch of salt (balances the flavors)
- Mint leaves & peach slices for garnish
Instructions:
1. Blend the Soup:
- In a blender, combine peaches, buttermilk, orange juice, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Chill the Soup:
- Transfer to a bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
3. Serve & Garnish:
- Pour into bowls or glasses and garnish with fresh peach slices and mint leaves.
