For dough:

Refined flour 250 grams
Milk 1 cup
Salt ½ teaspoon
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Yeast 1 tablespoon
White butter 3 tablespoons


Garlic 2 chopped
Rosemary ¼ teaspoon
Oregano ¼ teaspoon
Oil 2 tablespoons
Tomato puree ½ cup
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Water 2-4 tablespoons


Boneless Chicken 375 grams
Capsicum 1 chopped
Salt to taste
Onion 1 chopped
Tomato 1 chopped
Mozzarella cheese
Pineapples 4 slices
Oil 2 tablespoons
Garlic cloves 2 chopped
Green chilies 6
Parsley chopped 1 cup
Black pepper ¼ teaspoon


Mix refined flour, salt and butter. Add yeast and sugar and mix them well. Now make dough with the help of milk. And keep aside at room temperature for 3-4 hours.


Fry garlic in oil. When it becomes golden add rosemary and oregano and sauté them. Add tomato puree and salt, red chilies over it. Add water and heat it for 5 minutes.


Brown garlic n oil and then add chicken and salt. When chicken becomes brown add all other ingredients except parsley and cheese and cook them. Now add parsley.

Pre heat oven at 200 degree centigrade. In a greased dish spread the dough and then spread sauce over it. Now crush the cheese and spread over it and add the filling material. Again spread crushed cheese and bake it for 10-15 minutes. Slow down the oven heat and adjust ir to 180 degrees centigrade.
