Milk 1 liter
Sawayan 250 grams
Sugar to taste
Almonds for garnishing
Pistachio for garnishing
Choharay (dry dates) 8-10


Boil milk for 10 minutes. Sauté sawayan in a pot, when it changed color keep aside. Now put sawayan in milk. Turn the flame low after 10 minutes add choharay and sugar in it and boil it till the sugar dissolves. Now take sawayan out in a bowl and garnish it with nuts. Chill and serve.
